Here at Ascended Legacies our focus is the work of healing, which we know must be accomplished through the conversion of energy.  One of the most effective methods of energy conversion is the process of understanding.  For this reason, we have set out to acquire manuscripts that we believe help to provide understanding of various frequencies, the energies they produce, and how those energies can be either harnessed for or converted into medicine.
